Step 1: Check-in and identity verification

When you arrive for your drug or alcohol test, our friendly staff will greet you. We will ask for your name and the reason for your testing (e.g., pre-employment, DOT, random). To ensure accuracy and security, we will verify your identity with a valid photo ID and confirm all your information, along with any employer or testing requirements.

Step 2: Paperwork and process explanation

Next, you will complete the necessary forms, including the Chain of Custody Form (CCF) and any consent or authorization documents required by your employer or DOT regulations. We will then clearly explain the type of test you will undergo, whether it's a urine, saliva, or breath alcohol test, ensuring you understand each step.

Step 3: Secure specimen collection

You will be escorted to a secure and private collection area. Our certified collectors meticulously conduct the test, strictly adhering to all protocols. We ensure proper handling and labeling of your specimen to maintain its integrity throughout the process.

Step 4: Results and secure reporting

Once your specimen is collected, the results are processed and thoroughly reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for verification.
